Chicken A La Grey Poupon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 9 pieces chicken
4 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 or 2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preparation

Combine mustard, wine, garlic, salt and pepper and brush on the chicken.
Place chicken in roasting pan.
Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine over chicken.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour. Baste with juices.
