Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the first 8 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Combine corn flakes with melted butter; sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 10.
