One Pot Friccasse Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-size breasts
    1 c. flour
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 or 2 celery stalks
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chicken.
    Cut into halves.
    Brown chicken to almost done.
    Put aside.
    Cut up all vegetables in little chunks. Cook in oil until almost brown.
    Add about 1 cup water; stir around frequently.
    Add chicken with all veggies in pot.
    Add cream of chicken soup with another cup of water.
    Let simmer on low heat until chicken is well done.
