Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside cream mixture. In another bowl, sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Add the water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well.
    The cocoa mixture will be thin.
    Fill cupcake liners half full with cocoa mixture.
    Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each cocoa mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
