Cheesy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cooked creamed corn (can use fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs, combined with 4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and milk.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat; add cheese. Stir until melted.
Combine corn, eggs, cheese sauce and seasonings in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes.
