Brussels Sprouts With Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/8 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/6 c. water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 strips bacon
1 bag Brussels sprouts, cooked
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add water, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Fry bacon; remove from pan.
Save 4 tablespoons fat. Slowly add egg mixture to fat and stir until thickened.
Pour dressing over cooked Brussels sprouts and garnish with crumbled bacon.
