Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and drained squash
1 grated carrot
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
Line bottom of medium casserole dish with stuffing.
Pour squash mixture over stuffing and spread more stuffing on top.
Dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
