Beef Stroganoff And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut in squares
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
6 oz. mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 c. tomato soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Dip meat in flour.
Brown and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Simmer 1 hour.
Serve over noodles.
