Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 large carrots
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook carrots in lightly salted water until tender.
    Drain, mash and add cheese and finely chopped pepper and canned milk. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
