Marlene'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    5 tsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 egg
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    3 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan or baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Take loaf out of oven and place cheese slices on top.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
