Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 large can chow mein noodles
1 3/4 c. diced celery
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. milk or turkey broth
1/2 c. cashews
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
Add turkey, half of the noodles, mushroom soup, soy sauce and milk or broth. Pour into buttered casserole.
Top with remaining noodles and cashews.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated, 30 to 35 minutes.
