Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. apples, diced
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    You need 3 bowls.
    For bowl #1, combine the sugar with apples and set aside.
    For bowl #2, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
    For bowl #3, beat eggs and add oil and vanilla.
    Alternately add the ingredients from bowl #1 and 2. Blend well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if glass dish) for 45 to 60 minutes.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or use your favorite frosting.
