Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Beat sugar into egg whites.
    Fold in Ritz crackers.
    Fold in 3/4 cup pecans; reserve 1/4 cup for top. Bake in ungreased pie pan, pushing up the edge of the pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Cool.
