Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar.
Add flour, salt, lemon juice and lemon peel.
Stir
in
3\tegg
yolks,
beaten.
Mix with milk. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.\tPour in custard cups and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 (over water).
