Baked-Filled Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini (1 to 2 inches thick)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. ground beef or sausage, cooked
    1 slice bread, crumbed
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp.
    Salt and pepper.
    Melt butter. Saute onion, celery and ground beef.
    Add bread crumbs and the scooped out pulp with tomato sauce.
    Stir together.
    Stuff zucchini.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
