Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. granulated sugar
3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
4 c. vegetable shortening
4 c. chopped nuts
4 pkg. (12 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and both sugars in a large bowl.
Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mix is crumbly.
Stir in nuts and chocolate pieces.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer for up to 6 months.
