Eggless Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water, divided
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in oil and 1 cup of water, mixing well.
Add remaining cup water, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan; bake for 45 or 50 minutes, or until done. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
