Skip-A-Step Lasagna(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with meat
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) creamy cottage cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain fat.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    In separate bowl, stir together cottage cheese, eggs, 1/3 cup Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
    In 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, place 3 noodles.
    Spread 1/3 of the meat/sauce mixture over noodles.
    Top with 1/2 eggs, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella and 1/4 Swiss.
    Repeat as many times as possible, ending with the meat/sauce mixture on top.
    Pour boiling water around edge of lasagna.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
    Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
    Serves 8 to 10.
