Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. regular Weinberg sausage, uncooked
    1 1/2 cups all purpose baking/biscuit mix
    16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix ingredients together. Form into one inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 doz.
    Can be frozen uncooked.
