Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. butter flavor Crisco
    3 c. plain flour
    9 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour a large tube pan.
    Cream sugar and Crisco and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Gradually add flour.
    Beat well.
    Add pineapple and several tablespoons of juice.
    Start in a cool oven.
    Turn oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours.
