Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, crusts cut, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled (or 1 lb. diced, cooked ham)
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
