No Peek Beef(From Ethel Williams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. stew beef
    1/2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 can cooking sherry (use soup can to measure)
Preparation
    Use no other seasonings.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    No peeking.
    Serve with noodles or rice.
