Buttermilk Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour + more as needed
    1 cup sugar
    pinch of salt
    7 Tbsp melted butter
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 cups buttermilk
    nutmeg to taste
    1 rounded tsp baking soda
    2-1/2 rounded tsp baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar, salt, and butter. Add eggs and nutmeg, then milk. Add soda, baking powder and flour. Roll out; cut with doughnut cutter and fry in hot oil.
