Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    soda crackers
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. tomato juice
    1 egg
    1 medium onion
    ketchup to soften
Preparation
    Place meat in mixing bowl.
    Chop onion fine.
    Crush crackers fine.
    Beat egg.
    Add all together; mix well.
    Shape into loaf. Coat top with ketchup.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
