Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1/2 can pimento, minced
    2 eggs
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Pour half mixture in greased baking dish; cover with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Pour remaining mixture.
    Top with the other 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
