The Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; beat and add eggs one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture with carrots.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
