Stay Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients together with fork.
Pour into loaf pan and bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Run knife around side of loaf and remove from pan.
