Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
4 garlic cloves
flour
salt and pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. white wine
1 c. milk
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil.
Wash; season and flour chicken.
In a large skillet, pour 1 cup cooking oil and heat at high temperature.
Add chicken and saute until slightly light yellow in color.
Do not brown!
Chicken will still have blood showing.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
