"Enchilada" Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans or 16 oz. cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. light sour cream
12 oz. shredded cheese (any type)
1 large bag tortilla chips
jalapenos to taste
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients (and optional peppers) in large pan over low heat.
Crush (in the bag) the tortilla chips and in large casserole dish alternately layer chips, chicken mixture and cheese to the top.
Garnish with cheese, crushed chips and sliced peppers.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
