Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Stir in eggs and oil.
    Stir in carrots. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
