Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation

Grease a 2-quart baking dish; cook onions and beef together. Pour off fat.
Season and spread mixture in baking dish.
Cover with soup and top with single layer of frozen Tater Tots.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, covered; then bake 20 minutes, uncovered. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
