Microwave Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together margarine and sugar.
    Add cornstarch, milk and vanilla; stir together.
    Microwave on High 3 1/2 minutes.
    Whisk and put back in for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Keep doing 1 minute at a time for 2 more times.
    Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
