Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 c. cooked long grain rice
    2/3 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In
    8-inch nonstick skillet heat margarine over medium heat
    until
    bubbly
    and hot;
    add onion and garlic and saute until
    onion is tender.
    Pour into medium bowl; add remaining
    ingredients
    except
    zucchini and cheese. Mix well. Spray 8 x 8
    x 2-inch casserole with nontick spray. Put zucchini slices in
    bottom.
    Spread
    cottage
    cheese
    over zucchini;
    top with cheese
    slices.
    Bake
    until
    zucchini
    is tender and cheese is melted.
