Donna'S Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    5 qt. popped corn
    1 can salted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda.
    Pour immediately over corn and nuts in large roasting pan.
    Bake in slow oven 250\u00b0
    for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Also freezes well.
