German Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    quartered apples
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add milk, melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir well and pour into buttered, shallow dish.
    Press quartered apples into the mixture.
    Dust with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake until apples are tender.
