Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Demings salmon
    1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 sprig parsley, chopped fine
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain and save liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pack into small greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
    Makes 4 servings.
