Cherry Torte Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie mix

Preparation

Mix and beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar.
Add to soda crackers and nuts. Mix well and spread on well greased cookie sheet or 2 pie pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool well. Add cherry pie filling and Cool Whip.
