Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Puritan oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted (self-rising)
    3 c. chopped apples
    6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix flour and cinnamon.
    Add chopped apples and chopped nuts. Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour in\tgreased
    pan
    (13 x 9-inch), sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
