Steak And Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube steak
    flour
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil (vegetable)
    3 or 4 potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour and brown in oil in skillet.
    Alternate layer of steak, potatoes and onion in a casserole and cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
