Ingredients

1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. Prosciutto
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, shredded
6 eggs
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Chop pepperoni and Prosciutto into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
