Cinnamon Sledges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In large mixer bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream butter or margarine, sugars and egg yolk until light and fluffy.
In separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon and salt. Add to creamed mixture and continue beating just until blended (the dough will be stiff).
