Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen thawed blueberries
2 1/4 c. unbleached flour
2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Wash and drain blueberries.
Combine sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat eggs with butter, milk and vanilla in separate bowl.
Combine liquid and dry ingredients; stir only long enough to moisten well.
Fold in berries.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups and bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
