Pork Chop White Bean Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
    3 c. drained dried white beans
    2 thinly sliced onions
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of pork chops.
    Brown pork chops on both sides in a skillet.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over pork chops.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until done.
    Serve beans on the side or mixed with pork chops.
