Pork Chop Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Season pork chops and roll in flour, then brown in hot oil. Arrange in skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper and rice over the chops.
    Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for one hour.
