Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Spread cream cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Brown sausage.
Mix sausage and tomatoes.
Put mixture over cream cheese.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake until cheese is golden at 400\u00b0.
