Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped red sweet peppers
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    5 c. chopped, cooked turkey breast (skin before cooking)
Preparation
    Coat a large skillet with spray.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add mushrooms, onions and peppers.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Remove from skillet and set aside.
