Grilled Peanut Butter Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. blanched peanuts
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. melted butter
6 boneless chicken breasts, skinless
2 Tbsp. chives (optional)
Preparation

Blend together all ingredients except chicken in blender or food processor.
Set sauce aside.
Pound chicken breasts until they are between 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch thick.
Spread sauce over chicken; let sit 1 hour, turning over once.
