Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    8 thin slices lemon
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper, mixed, on both sides. Arrange seasoned chops in baking pan.
    Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each chop in a mound.
    Pour 1 tablespoon of chili sauce on top of the brown sugar, then place a lemon slice on each sugar and chili sauce mound.
    Pour 1/2 cup of water in the baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 8.
