Cream Of Mushroom And Spinach Soup(Linda'S Famous Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
2 c. milk
1 c. chopped cooked spinach
1/8 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. dry white wine

Preparation

Place 2 tablespoons of butter and mushrooms in 3-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Add broth, celery, onion and parsley. Cover and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir
and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
