Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil or melted Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast and water.
Set aside.
Mix salt, sugar and oil in large bowl.
Add eggs, then yeast.
Mix and add flour.
Cover and let stand until doubled in size.
Punch down and place in refrigerator.
Take out as needed.
Make into rolls; place into pan and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
